Matthew Herbert is really talented and smart when it comes to composing sounds. He's done everything from deep house to fully blown swing music. He has his own unique way of dealing with sounds and work ethic - he creates every sound from scratch, and avoids using synths and drum machines or prerecorded sounds. Now that's true dedication to one's art!
